A bold and savoury Cornish preserve created in collaboration between Duchy Charcuterie and The Cornish Larder.

Handcrafted in small batches, this unique Salami Jam combines premium salami with tomatoes, onions, paprika and coffee to create a rich, smoky and intensely flavourful spread. Sweet, savoury and slightly smoky, it’s the perfect addition to cheeseboards, grazing platters and artisan sandwiches.
