At Hedgerow & Harbour Cornwall, we carefully pack and dispatch artisan Cornish food gifts, gift boxes and speciality food products across the UK. Below you'll find information on delivery times, shipping charges and order processing.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

All orders are sent using a tracked UK delivery service.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery pricing is simple and designed to offer good value while ensuring your order arrives safely:

Orders under £20 – £4.95Orders between £20 and £30 – £3.95 Orders over £30 – Free delivery (automatically applied at checkout)

Delivery charges include packaging, handling, and postage.

Free delivery thresholds are applied automatically at checkout. In some cases, a nominal charge may be shown due to platform limitations.

Delivery Service

Standard delivery is typically 2–3 working days from dispatch, but is not guaranteedA faster delivery option may be available at checkout

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

Northern IrelandThe Scottish Highlands & IslandsChannel Islands and other Crown Dependencies

This is due to significantly higher courier costs.

Delivery Information

We cannot accept responsibility for:

Incorrect addresses providedFailed delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable

If a delivery is missed, the courier will provide instructions to rearrange delivery. Failure to follow these may result in the parcel being returned.

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.
